Hydrate and Hydrate Some More!

Is water really that important for our bodies, especially our hair growth?

Yes it is dehydration can stop the growth of your hair, making it super difficult to maintain your current length or grow your hair longer! And even though we love our hair extensions, making sure that we take proper care of our hair is a must.

Water is super important as it makes up about 70% percent of our body, it helps to remove toxins, hydrates our skin, making it look smooth and buttery! Yay!

So if you find that your hair is not growing as fast as you like or breaking off just by looking at it. You might want to look at your water intake. The rule of the thumb is to have about 64 oz of water per day, I know that sounds like a lot, but it doesn’t have to be.

To remember to drink your water you set an alarm every 1 to 2 hours as a reminder to drink a 16 oz glass or have a gallon of water at your desk and sip on it throughout the day!

So stay hydrated and you can even keep a water log or use a smart device like a FitBit to keep track of how much water you drink daily.
